Once an order is placed you will receive an email notification confirming your order and when it will be due for shipping.

Delivery policy and costs

UK Delivery

UK Signed For Delivery£7.95 incl. VATPlease allow 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). 

UK Express Delivery is not available to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland, it also isn’t available on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

If you’re not in when the parcel is delivered, Royal Mail will leave a card with details on how to rearrange delivery.
 

International Delivery

The price indicated is based on our standard parcel size, if your order exceeds this there may be an additional charge.

To pay for your order

Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. All payments are made via SumUp, a secure online payment processing tool.   We accept payment with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover and JCB.

We do not accept payment by cheque. 

You can only see our price list in sterling, but we accept card payments from anywhere in the world.

Customs and Duties

All orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may have to pay customs fees when your parcel reaches the country you live in. You are responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, and you’ll need to pay these fees to release your order from customs. We don’t have any control over customs and import tax and we can’t tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on the country you live in. 

UK Returns 

It’s no problem to get a refund. We just ask that you send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt of receipt of goods making sure it’s unused and good as new in its original packaging with all info tags still attached. We recommend that you use a Signed for or Tracked service.

Once goods have been received, your refund will be paid within 14 working days using the same method in which the payment was received.

Please allow up to 10 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued.

Notification of any damaged items, shortages or other discrepancies must be received within 5 days of delivery.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

International Returns

Please fill out the returns slip and clearly mark the parcel as ‘Returned Goods’. The cost of returning an international Parcel should be met by the sender, except in the case of the item being faulty. In this instance, please contact Doggykin Ltd to authorise and arrange this return before dispatching it. A refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of returned goods.

We’re sorry, but we’re not able to refund the cost of international return postage without prior agreement.
